We want every child to feel excited and valued when they open a Sparkle Surprise box. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns
You may return any unopened and unused Sparkle Surprise box within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
•     The item must be in its original packaging
•     All contents must be unused and in the same condition as received
•     Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non‑Returnable Items

•     Edible items

•     Items marked as clearance or final sale
